Professional Services Training Specialist  

HealthMEDX is currently seeking a Training Specialist to serve on HealthMEDX applications as they apply to the end-user. Training Specialists work with Professional Services Group to ensure clients’ training needs are being met, continually identifying ways to improve training programs.

HealthMEDX Training Specialists start out with a comprehensive training program. In addition to a structured program within Professional Services Group, this training will involve spending time with almost all departments across HealthMEDX. Upon successful completion the Training Specialist will receive recognition as a “Certified HealthMEDX Trainer."

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, or other related field.
• 2-3 years in a Customer Service role, preferred
• 12 months experience in presentations, preferred
• Proficient level in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Requires the ability to travel domestically up to 75%, including overnight stays.

Client Service Coordinator

Acts as liaison to assigned customers.  Builds customer rapport and ensures high customer satisfaction.  Coordinates client change management and performs “triage” on support issues.  Oversees, monitors and communicates on customer activities such as implementation plans, training/consulting plans, problem resolution issues, regulatory compliance, etc.  Proactive in seeking and recommending service opportunities.  Includes on-site customer visits as needed. 

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. 
• At least 3-5 years' experience in one of the following areas dealing with a variety of people/customers and coordinating activities:  supervision/management, clinical, accounting, healthcare, home care, long-term care, clinical care, teaching, systems implementation, technology support.
• Strong customer relationship skills including verbal and written communications.
• Good attention to detail and project management/monitoring skills.
• Ability to travel nationwide by air/ground up to 50% of job with use of a personal credit card prior to reimbursement.

Technical Support Representative - Level II

Aggressively solves technical problems for customers.  Uses SQL and Visual Basic to diagnose and resolve user problems and educate users on resolutions.  Seeks help from other internal resources as needed.

Requirements:

Systems Engineer (Windows Server)

Systems Engineers install, configure, troubleshoot and repair networked windows servers, switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and components in the Data Center. 

 

Responsible for performing project coordination, either as a project team leader or team member.  In this role the Systems Engineer will perform or assist in the design, scheduling, implementation, and subsequent maintenance of a project.  

 

Oversees the use of network management tools and reviews the results of network performance assessments and makes recommendations as to improvements.

 

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience with Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, and Windows 2008 R2.
• 3-5 years' experience with Microsoft OS, Microsoft Clustering, and Advanced networking
• Experience installing and managing SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008, and SQL Server 2008 R2
• Experience with InstallShield or Microsoft Windows Installer Technology desired
• Experience with large Ethernet networks and network technology including, but not limited to HSRP, BGP, TCP/IP, NAT, SNAT, VPN

Clinical Product Consultant (SLS 11-02) 

As Clinical Product consultant, your primary role will be the national clinical product expert for the Vision product suite and related HealthMEDX product offerings. Additional responsibilities include assisting the VP of Sales and Marketing with sales team product training, industry knowledge and other day-to-day sales activities, including but not limited to assisting with proposal responses, assisting with other sales-related efforts to prospective and existing customers, mentoring new team members, and providing feedback to HealthMEDX Blue Ocean and Development Team.

The Clinical Product Consultant will align their efforts with the goals and objectives of the HealthMEDX sales team, understand the needs of our clients, and comprehend the nature of our business to achieve positive results in conjunction with other members of the sales team. The Clinical Product Consultant must have excellent client business operations understanding and empathy, a high degree of expertise with on site and web-based software presentations,, extensive knowledge of home health, long-term care, and rehabilitation operations, excellent troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

 

The Clinical Product Consultant must have the aptitude to acquire an extensive level of expertise in the functionality of the Vision product suite and other HealthMEDX services, and understand how these solutions apply to the prospects/ client business operations. The Clinical Product Consultant is the internal Vision Subject Matter Expert (SME) for sales and other departments on as needed basis.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable experience is required.
• Experience in complex sales environment, preferred.   
• RN, Required  
•  Home Care industry experience, including mobile clinical documentation.
• Proven ability to take new technology and products to market.

Develops software in an agile software development cycle, with iterations used to keep code modifications in small manageable segments.  Creates specifications based on interaction with Business Analysts to reduce user requests from concepts into logical application changes. 

Ensures proper testing procedures, employing self review of code changes, peer review of changes made, and direct interaction with the Quality Assurance team.  Assists Customer Support on difficult live application issues, and may diagnose/solve immediate customer needs in conjunction with Support staff. 

Our software development methods will include any or all of the following skills: VB.Net, ASP.Net, HTML, SQL and possiblyVB6 and ASP.   Any knowledge of Silverlight, WPF and Utilization of SQL Stored Procedures would be considered a plus.  Operational knowledge from a SCRUM environment would be helpful.
 
Our career ladder starts with an Associate Application Developer, moving to Application Developer, Senior Application Developer, and Software Engineer.  Level of experience and expertise with technical tools, Agile SDLC procedures, knowledge of HealthMEDX applications, and personal interaction skills all determine placement and position.
