What exactly is CareMEDX? CareMEDX is the overarching product suite of knowledge management solutions in the HealthMEDX Enterprise Information System. It is a knowledge-centered solution that will enable you to leverage data, knowledge, and experience to improve quality of care and overall efficiency.
The CareMEDX product suite includes census management, clinical processing, billing & A/R management, scheduling and systems operations. Additionally, this knowledge management solution fully addresses the Electronic Medical Record, Rehab / Therapy, Point of Care, Workflow and Business Intelligence.
CareMEDX provides a bridge from transaction processing to knowledge management. Utilizing Web-based technology, the CareMEDX product suite combines workflow and wireless capabilities that enable you to coordinate care across resident or patient conditions, services and settings.
What future products are planned? One of our commitments to our customers is continual innovation. Every year we invest approximately 25% of our development resources toward new innovation. With this commitment, the useful life of our product is maximized. As the first provider of Web-based software for the extended care industry, we continue to deliver new features and additional modules that complement the core competency of the CareMEDX product suite. In addition, we will continue to provide new applications that meet the business needs of the extended care industry.
How scalable are CareMEDX Knowledge Management Solutions? CareMEDX has the capacity to scale to the largest organizations. The architecture behind the application is designed to handle thousands of users.
How are CareMEDX solutions implemented? Our CareMEDX product suite is easily incorporated into your organizational structure. A member of the HMX executive team will meet with you to understand your organization’s goals and objectives. We then combine our in-depth knowledge of the software and your business and care processes, to maximize process improvement, minimize impact to operations during implementation, and to begin realizing the benefits of a fully integrated system. We will then make a recommendation and together with you, develop phased implementation to address your most critical needs first. Our on-site consulting and training is available to you as an additional service, throughout the life of our relationship. |
