Electronic Medical Record The HealthMEDX (HMX) EMR strategy provides a secure, real-time charting solution with access to relevant health information. Through a range of computing devices including tablet PC, laptop, touch-screen, handhelds, telephony and telehealth, the CareMEDX EMR captures and provides secure and private access to relevant health information while enabling you with decision support, communication and workflow. The electronic signature, document management and point of care functionalities are also included.

Workflow CareMEDX Workflow provides the automation of business process and communication. It allows you to electronically define the steps, sequence of steps, participants and parts to facilitate workflow. Documents, information or tasks are then passed from one participant to another for action according to a set of procedural rules. A rules engine can trigger tasks and alerts for any open database. Analytics This business intelligence solution transforms transaction data into knowledge centered information. The Online Analytical Processing database (OLAP) can create analytic models for risk analysis or predictive forecasting. Digital Dashboard Our user interface is similar to an automobile dashboard—it organizes and presents information that is easy to read and navigate. While all CareMEDX modules will appear on-screen, administrative rights are at administrator fingertips, allowing access only to the care staff you choose. Alerts / Tasks are provided when Workflow is available and graphs are provided when Analytics is available. The Dashboard provides key performance measures or indicators in a graphical, unified view. Portal This provides you with the ability to define views of information such as Diagnoses, Allergies & Meds, external Physician Order access for communication and Electronic Signature, and to add links such as internal policies and procedures, etc. The Portal provides HIPAA compliant access to patient or resident data in disparate databases in virtually any type of electronic medium.
